Luoyang

Luoyang is a city of “Celestial Elegance.” As the capital for 13 different dynasties, it reached its zenith during the Tang Dynasty under Empress Wu Zetian, who dubbed it the “Divine Capital.” Today, Luoyang is a mesmerizing blend of ancient glory and modern charm. It is home to the Longmen Grottoes, a UNESCO World Heritage site featuring over 100,000 Buddhist statues carved into limestone cliffs. Beyond the stone, Luoyang is the “City of Peonies,” where the royal flower blooms in vibrant colors every spring.
